Dixon Dallas and Willy Strokem are giving an all new meaning to "save a horse, ride a cowboy" with their new gay take on country music.

It’s a running joke that the majority of American Country music focuses on topics like beer, women and John Deere tractors, but a recent trend has seen artists like Dixon Dallas and Willy Strokem going viral on TikTok with songs about, believe it or not, gay sex!
Dixon Dallas, the alter ego of Alabama-native rapper and singer Jake Hill, has taken TikTok by storm with his hit song ‘Good Lookin’’, a raunchy tune with the now-iconic hook: “He’s bouncing off my booty cheeks, I love the way he rides/I can hardly breathe when he’s pumping deep inside.”

In a recent interview with viral newscaster Ricky Cornish, Dallas/Hill said that his music is a “big f**k you to my past.”

Cornish’s interview came after Dixon was criticised online for allegedly co-opting gay narratives as a straight performer. Dixon was quick to shut down the critics, telling Cornish: “No, I haven’t disclosed my sexuality. I could be gay, I could be straight, I could be bi. A lot of people speculate…but at the end of the day, I feel like, personally, that it doesn’t matter.
“There’s no law that says that I can’t write a song about getting my booty cheeks bounced off of,” Dixon added.
‘Good Lookin’’ isn’t Dallas’ only song celebrating the beauty of the booty. The singer’s track ‘Like Whiskey’ similarly includes the lyrics: “Make a little love, show you what my booty do/Boy, turn around, lemme hit it from the back/Yeah, I know how you love it when I do it like that.”
Dallas isn’t the only country music star taking TikTok by storm with explicitly gay country music though. Joining Dallas at the top of everyone’s FYP is the artist known as Willy Strokem.
Strokem, better known as Alex Anderson, is the lead vocalist of the Midwestern pop-punk band Brooklane. Following the success of Dixon’s ‘Good Lookin’’, Strokem threw his own cowboy hat in the ring with his own take on a queer country song, with equally raunchy lyrics, letting Dallas know that he was “coming” for him.

Strokem/Anderson released the song in a recent TikTok calling out Dallas, saying, “You think your songs are country? Let me show you how it’s done, son”.
“Well I take him out for a view of the city/let him bust his n*t all over my tiddies. Run his hands up my thigh, man he loves the way I moan,” and “Tonight’s gonna be a hell of a rodeo, when I let him stretch my hole.”
Talk about saving a horse and riding a cowboy!
